Responsibilities:

Sales Reporting

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports for the Sales team and management
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and goals

Commercial Document Coordination

  • Understand the requirements of bidding documents enabled by sales team
  • Collect commercial document for tendering from related internal stakeholders
  • Communicate with bidding manager and legal team during commercial document approval processes

Supporting Partnership Sales Engagement

  • Tracing lifecycle of partnership sales engagement guided by BU PM
  • Coordinate related teams (Product, delivery, O&M, etc) for partnership enablement activities
  • Establish a library of standard documents for structuralized partnership supporting

Sales Administration

  • Assist the Sales team with daily sales operations and administrative task
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations

Sales Operations Support

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Support the sales team with data-driven decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales support, Business operations, Partner engagement or a similar role
  • Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the technology or consulting sector is a plus
